Jesus warned of punishment. He never commanded it. He came to save, not condemn.

Also, in this scripture, He is using the language "to cause to stumble", which translates from Ancient Greek to mean "to lead away from his teaching." No discussion of harm to the child is even intended here.

Also also, this "child" isn't even a literal child. Jesus called him over to use as an example to teach the adults surrounding him. He is stating that we should all be like this innocent child. In other words, when we get to the passage about the millstone, He is talking about all of us.

Your interpretation of this scripture is misguided on so many points, and your erroneous conclusion is truly horrifying. People like you need to be called out and that is what I am doing here.
