90% of the social distancing shit I see gets defeated almost instantly by the people doing it. I went to Chipotle the other day and they had the main doors closed, you had to go to the side door to pick up your order or they would take your order right there. The girl handing out and taking the orders would come outside with no PPE and interact with everyone at a closer distance than if she had taken your order over the counter. She came out with a clip board, wrote down my order, then walked over to the counter and ordered the food in the same fashion as if I had gone in myself. She even handled my credit card without any gloves.

It is as if no one understand this thing is airborne. And those who do don't give a fuck, they just want to put up an act so they don't get accused of doing nothing. It is security theater like the TSA.

Yes, keep going. And tsa, a fake security measure for a fake threat.

Israel did 911 and Jews did coronavirus. Good work, goy

I work at an Amazon FC. The day 1 hires are processed one at a time and there's a covered line outside wrapping around the building with 6ft in between people. They staggered our shifts and breaks so we weren't crowded together. They even canceled our bi-daily stand-up meetings. Hand sanitizer, sanitizing wipes, etc. are available all over. They stopped penalizing people for leaving early or not coming to work to encourage sick people to stay home.

your title and quote are wrong and misleading

1 Besos didn't say that

2 the actual quote “They made jokes and told me to leave if I was unhappy,” which is pretty standard I would think. if you complain at the orientation maybe you shouldn't be there

3 “These situations occurred two weeks ago and we’ve since moved all new hire events and orientations to virtual platforms,”
