Maybe.

There is a legit medical condition called Cannabinoid Hyperemesis Syndrome, which almost always occurs in people who have smoked every day for months or years. 'Hyperemesis' means 'epic puking', and you don't have that, but you might very well have something similar. This condition is has only recently been recognized and it is not yet well understood.

We know that MJ has a significant effect on the gut - people with Crohn's disease and IBS use it all the time for relief:

Various pathogenic mechanistic theories attempting to explain symptoms have been put forward. These theories fall into two themes: 1) dose dependent buildup of cannabinoids and related effects of cannabinoid toxicity, and 2) the functionality of cannabinoid receptors in the brain and particularly in the hypothalamus (which regulates body temperature and the digestive system). But the mechanisms by which cannabis causes or controls nausea and the adverse consequences of long-term cannabis toxicity remain unknown and organic disease should not be ruled out as a possible cause.[6]

The neurobiology of the compound has led to the discovery of an endogenous cannabinoid system.[7] The therapeutic potential of cannabinoids has been recognized and these compounds are utilized as antiemetics. Several studies have demonstrated the therapeutic effects of cannabinoids for nausea and vomiting in the advanced stages of illnesses such as cancer and AIDS.[8]

My advise is to take a T-break for a while and see what happens. Give it a week or two. If you feel better afterwards, you'll know.

This is really your best option. take a few days off and re-center yourself. Another well known side effect of MJ is the munchies, are you eating vast amounts of food, and then waking up bloated?

It might be this to some extent. I have acid reflux and have been smoking for years and I think it does make stomach pain worse in the mornings. After dosing, the GI tract calms down but until then I have reflux, sometimes vomiting and painful shits.

I mean we might just find that this stomach pain/nausea might just be a withdraw like symptom like the shakes but for weed instead.
