Maybe.
There is a legit medical condition called Cannabinoid Hyperemesis Syndrome, which almost always occurs in people who have smoked every day for months or years. 'Hyperemesis' means 'epic puking', and you don't have that, but you might very well have something similar. This condition is has only recently been recognized and it is not yet well understood.
We know that MJ has a significant effect on the gut - people with Crohn's disease and IBS use it all the time for relief:
My advise is to take a T-break for a while and see what happens. Give it a week or two. If you feel better afterwards, you'll know.

It might be this to some extent. I have acid reflux and have been smoking for years and I think it does make stomach pain worse in the mornings. After dosing, the GI tract calms down but until then I have reflux, sometimes vomiting and painful shits.
I mean we might just find that this stomach pain/nausea might just be a withdraw like symptom like the shakes but for weed instead.

This is really your best option. take a few days off and re-center yourself. Another well known side effect of MJ is the munchies, are you eating vast amounts of food, and then waking up bloated?
