No matter what the shills say, supertanker sized hospital ships do not regularly do "crazy ivan" manuvers in the main shipping lane after having just left port. Go look at the shipping tracks yourself of navy vessels.
This was an intentional Q, and it happened at 1700 hours. Q = 17
