I mean, I cook for like two to three hours on Sunday to cover the majority of the week for my whole family and I lift 8 - 10 hours a week, but that's certainly not necessary to be fit.

Realistically, there aren't tons of people doing that. Out of the many fit and trim people, not a shit ton of them are in the gym hours a day, following insane diet plans, etc. It doesn't take that. But if we acknowledged that, we wouldn't have an excuse anymore..

I mean I don't know how these people live but I don't think they have absolutely nothing to do all day... these people do work, model (like real modeling not that plus size shit), go to events, fly here and there, they do have their own businesses, meeting with clients, I'm sure there's more to it too.

Ok, ok, lol it still sounds like fun and all but it's not like they have 24/7 to be like... I'm bored what should I do.

Also its not that much work to be thin. Being thin is easy, it's easier than being fat because you literally put less effort into eating. Being muscular though is harder, but even that takes like... well it only took 9 hours a week for me. Out of 168. Not hard.

Also... the Kardashians have their own team of photoshoppers. I don't think Kendall uses it as much as the others but Kylie, Khloe, and Kim sure use the fuck out of it.

WHY DO I KNOW SO MUCH ABOUT THIS? I HATE CELEBRITY CULTURE.... I've been spending too much on InstagramReality, sue me.

Literally people make money to be models. That had a strict standard that was difficult to achieve, but obvious people did it because.... There they were.

Beyond that, everyone knows someone who is involved in strict physical fitness in some regard.

The people who last are healthy. Fat is sick.

Of course you don't know any normal people who are thin and fit. You don't do the same things as them so your schedules don't overlap. If you change your routine to be more like people who exercise regularly, you're going to start seeing people like that a lot more. I'm sure if I started living like a glutton and spending hours in drivethrough lanes, I would start seeing a low fewer fits and a lot more fats.

Yeah, that's one of their favorite go-tos. "If working out was my job, I'd be hot too!"

haha i lift 1 hour a week, eat carnivore 2 meals a day without tracking or weighing anything and i maintain a lean muscular physique in my mid 30s. Its not just fats, i come across this retarded attitude all the time from skinny fat normies who dont realise how degenerate their lifestyles are and how much their modern food addictions hold them back.

Ironically Kendall Jenner's body is the most natural one out of the Kartrashian-Jenner bunch(that hasn't undergone extensive plastic surgery). Her body isn't even that hard to achieve if you're quite tall like her.
