nah. you don't understand. It's much more advantageous when the people there can be better skilled if you pay for it. If you haven't noticed chinese are much more efficient.. If you get a bunch of mexicans to do the job then yes we can have equally hard working people.. but that doesn't help white people. Luxury goods like balenciaga, and other high end goods can be made there. It's almost like saying 'lets beat the chinese in ping pong'... yeah that's not going to happen... they have the skill! You see? There is high level skill there, that has been there for 20 years now. Including them being close to vietnam and other poor places which they source parts from. Everything there is fast, people aren't lazy and fat like americans..
The workforce in china in the mid to high end manufacturing sectors have 10-20 years experience. They are highly consistent and there are tens of thousands of skilled worker for a type of job. Looking at America, there was manufacturing here that had to redo their clothing, and their quality sucks because there isn't the tens of thousand of people with skills. And the ones that did have skill were the fucking 'chinese'... We gotta be like the Japanese and only build high end shit. Or like europe who has luxury goods.. Our only skill so far is eating and buying expensive products.. no other skill..

They also have experience eating random wild animals and becoming a bridge for novel viruses. It's happened more than once. Not only that, but when it suits them, their government is perfectly happy to shut off the supply to the United States. There's no amount of efficiency that makes these risks acceptable.

There's no amount of efficiency that makes these risks acceptable.
You don't understand, you have to make a viable plan to change the situation... They have efficiency, effectiveness and their currency and wages are low. Add to the fact the country is so huge(unable at the current time to enforce laws to 1.5+ billion people despite being a middle of the road country), and there's a huge incentive for workers to make fakes, or to do these things since they won't get caught that easily and the upside is huge.. Their manufacturing is probably 20x more capable when you look at the entirety of their manufacturing. So yeah, there is a reason everything in your house is made in China, and not from India, or vietnam.. despite those countries having LOWER wages than china.. so their clearly is a competitive advantage and ability the chinese have.
Not only that, but when it suits them, their government is perfectly happy to shut off the supply to the United States. There's no amount of efficiency that makes these risks acceptable.
I haven't seen them shut off anything to the usa. Money is money. I'd be interested in hearing where they may or have done this before.
But it's currently impossible to make most things in the usa... the companies can't compete with other companies that have manufacturing and distribution in China. China signed the trade deal with America but definitely are not and probably have not abided by the goods America demands them to buy since it's forceful. So again, china probably can get a better deal from food and agriculture from brazil, or india, or europe, canada. A country is a company, and America is a crumbling country, sad to say. We gotta develop high level trade skills and make high end goods to sell to the chinese middle class and upper middle class. To be manufacturers for our own companies and for chinese companies. Trying to compete in a place we are losers in, low end and mid end manufacturing.. is a losers mindset. Literally China, and south east asian, africa are going to eventually be winners in those areas. The clear move is to allow china to set up manufacturing in America and then have people work in those factories. And for local people to set it up themselves.

High level skill? I'm sorry, there's no high level skill in most manufacturing. It's why you can grab most anyone from the street and teach them how to do the job. People may attain high proficiency in what they're doing over time because it's repetitive, but calling it high level skill is not even close to accurate.
What China and other countries have are lax labor laws where they can force their workers to work 20 hour days to meet crazy last minute demands or change overs.
Also, Tienanmen Square was a real event.

You are referring to manual labor... not skilled labor. Working a cnc machine, welding, and jobs higher level than that require years of experience. Might as well do those jobs since we have a good structure in our society. Like how Japan and germany are VERY strong in these fields.

Sorry mate but those chink slaves produce nothing but cheap trash. If we returned to American manufacturing it would be a return of things that last for decades or centuries.

No business can survive if their products last decades... only a small business does that because it has to, in order to attract business... you think nike is going to make an american made nike that last 10- 25 years where you can resole the bottom? no... they are going to make it for a dollar in china/vietnam and sell it for one hundred to a few hundred dollars and people will wear it out in 1-3 years.. jeez you are a fucking idiot.. the consumer always fucks over the manufacturer. So the manufacturer will make their product wear out/look not as good fairly quickly..
