I've been a hard core prepper for years.
I wrote this beginners guide to encourage people to prepare for something exactly like this:
Cheap and easy ways to prepare for long periods of martial law or civil war without power or water.
So I'm not fussed, but keen to keep my supplies stocked up to maximum, in case something unexpected happens.
Correct - I've taught myself to grow huge amounts of crops and I've got enough seeds and tools to turn all my surrounding parks into farms, if need be. 'Also got enough water purification to last my community about 10 years, if we don't all get killed by feral niggers.

Amazing! Glad I am not alone on prepping.
We just planted "ramps" throughout the woods, morel mushroom season is coming up too. Plenty to eat in the woods. Deer are way over-populated here too.
Mullien tea is great for anybody that is stressed, grows everywhere here.

I too own a remote cabin, but I use the site more to practice farming and store buried supplies.
My family's well-being is paramount, but I would like to try to stay in the suburbs and help my community. If that doesn't work, then yeah - I'll be forced to bug-out.
I have a lot of equipment that I hope could keep a community united and plan to turn my half my back yard into a church where the community can come and listen to President Trump's emergency broadcasts to keep informed if the power grid goes down, get their water purified and help each other cope. It could be used as a church and to host evening story time for children (I downloaded thousands of children's short stories). I have LOTS of seeds and farming equipment, so I could also teach anyone how to turn their lawn into a farm and how to safely compost human waste.
