This rule would actually help in that scenario because it's illegal for Hunter Biden to inside trade and legal for sitting members of Congress. He's getting away with his corruption because of a lack of will to prosecute.
The bigger issue is that it would require businessmen to leave companies they work for or are board members of. It would basically disqualify some of the most qualified men in the nation from serving in Congress

I sort of agree with her on this one thing.
If legislators want to own their own productive capital they can have a blind trust, anything else brings with it various inherent conflicts of interest.
