For every economic decline in the private sector, the government should be required to make a correlating spending cut in the public sector.

Look at how many private-sector businesses are hurting right now. Government should be making cuts to equal the decline instead of leeching the same amount from the taxpayers. No more private sector cuts without public sector cuts!!!!!! No more weathering recessions and depressions on the backs of the productive!!!!
