Why bother. I just take it for granted that there is and no amount of deleting will delete it. Does not change my use one bit. If they want me they know where to find me.

Malwarebytes cleans lots of known malware, while this tool only (alledgedly) cleans known government surveilance malware. Malwarebytes may not - or may even be forbidden to - clean the same malware.
