NO (at least not in USA -WA state as of three years ago)

I had an 80 YO neighbor that was a nudist and his wife beat him and he answered door naked when cops came to their house.

Cops talked to us since we live next door, asked if old man has dementia or what and I had to explain he is always naked.

There is an old joke about an old lady that calls the police that she always sees her neighbor walking around in his house naked. The police show up look out her window towards the neighbors house and says "I can't even see his windows". The old lady tells the cop he can if he stands on the chair.

No. You can stand in your window or doorway completely naked and there is nothing they can do about it. Go out the door though and they will throw the book at you. This may not apply if you live in a neighborhood with a commy HOA.

None of the cases would hold up on appeal. There are plenty of examples where complaints have been made and the courts don't do anything because they can't.

You'll be imprisoned, if you're unattractive.

If you're visible from outside your property line, or in this case from the front step (reasonable public expectation), you're committing indecent exposure, assault. Eg, imagine if a young girl next door were to observe you purposely stroking yourself or engaging in sex acts.

It would not apply if someone requires binoculars or other aid to see your oh-so-tiny peepee, massive anus.

The other discussion in this comment thread suggests that would get thrown out in court. Besides, my tiny pp couldn't even hurt a fly.
