Alzheimer's can only be diagnosed AFTER DEATH. For that reason, the term "Dementia" is a more accurate choice.

Really? Well, I know a host of living patients diagnosed with it. Which doctor told you that? or Are you a doctor?

No, I am not a doctor.

There is no single diagnostic test that can determine if a person has Alzheimer’s disease. Physicians (often with the help of specialists such as neurologists, neuropsychologists, geriatricians and geriatric psychiatrists) use a variety of approaches and tools to help make a diagnosis. Although physicians can almost always determine if a person has dementia, it may be difficult to identify the exact cause. [Alzheimer's Association]

Gold standard for diagnosing Alzheimer's is autopsy, otherwise it's a dementia.

He is correct. There are about twenty kinds of dementia and you can only tell which was the patient had through autopsy.

Why does that matter? Biden won't be the democrat nominee when all the dust settles. I'm sure they had other things on their minds anyway not caring to bother addressing the obvious.
