I read all your posts and have been following you for some time. I think you're a really swell guy. I hope this is just a passing phase for you and in time you'll value my right to share a lifestyle experience. Tell me something, bro, why are breeders so intolerant to non-breeders and so sensitive not so much to criticism but people adopting a different lifestyle choice to them? It's as if they see it as a challenge to their decision-making which makes them insecure: "did we do the right thing, dear?".

not true Sir_Ebral but I'm not anti-black etc. But I do think race-mixing ain't a good idea if you're interested.

I honestly don't know a single parent (or at least I don't know that I know them) that is so narcissistic as to have children just so their kids could take care of them in old age. If you know some then you just know stupid people. If you want cared for in your later years save your kid money and make investments that will pay for your assisted-living later on.
Having kids for the sole reason of having them care for you when you're older is psychopathic and stupid. There are so many good reasons to have kids - too many to list, and you don't seem the type to have the capacity to understand them anyway.

why so defensive, Nancy? I'll tell you why. It's because there's more than a nugget of truth in what I say about parenting.
No it's because I find your opinions myopic and idiotic, and consequently I find you vile and disgusting. Just as I would curse a smear of dog shit I got on my shoe, then promptly clean it off and warn others of the shit, so I view you.
God damn this is the same argument fags use against people who don't like fags. "Oh you don't like the gayz you must be secretly gay!" Congrats, you're as smart as a faggot. Explains the penchant for meaningless sex. At least you had the decency to self-sterilize and remove yourself from the gene pool.

"sophistry" means a fallacious argument.
I'm basing my position on observations over a lifetime. I am yet to meet a parent who didn't have at least some regrets about having kids.

what the fuck kind of 'stupid metric' is 'have at least some regrets'?
How do you define regrets? Saying " I wish I didn't have kids at the time so I could have taken that two month exchange term in Japan?"
People can regret almost any decision by that standard. I regret getting a STEM PhD. Was it bad a decision? No. Was it suboptimal? Yes.
That's meaningless shit. Most career decisions and investments are therefore not good ideas because of hindsight bias.
You have the fucking IQ of an Indian street pooper, combined with the worldview of a Jew. Great combination.

As a parent, I do have regrets about having kids. I regret that I didn't start sooner and have more.

Oh fuck off loser. Of course a plan might not come to fruition. You could live the best life in history and a falling airliner could land on your house.
The point is that GENERALLY speaking having a big family is pretty good insurance against being alone. Arabs, Indians, Pakis... those people don't die alone in hospital wards. Crazy cat ladies do.
As for being smug, you shouldn't be. You have failed in your basic duties as a living organism. You haven't shown that you have the maturity and fortitude to raise offspring. Raising a child well takes skill, patience, and a host of other qualities that basement dwelling nerds will never develop through fapping to anime.
I don't regret kids, but I'm well aware of the cost involved in terms of time and stress.
You seem like one of those Jordan Peterson fans who believe all life is suffering, that all families are dysfunctional. You exude the stench of the Jewish worldview.

You come across as very defensive, bro. There's a bit of a contribution to objective inquiry there viz " I'm well aware of the cost involved in terms of time and stress" but overall I'm left with the suspicion you're resentful about having reproduced. I used to live next to a couple who seemed the model of happiness. They had a kid and for the first time I heard arguments and screaming matches and hubby storming out in a rage. There's nothing like a kid to test a relationship to the limits. I simply wouldn't advise it. Can I say bro, being honest, I think kids can be cute and I especially like them after they've had a bath (filthy little wretches that they are) but ... it's a relief to leave them with their parents. I have really appreciated the time I've had in my life to watch a tv show uninterrupted by a kid, read the newspaper etc but most of all it's been the flexibility one has. To be able to say to one's partner on the spur of the moment: "let's take off and have a few days in the City/by the sea". The other thing, bro, about parents is they can never spoil themselves. The kids' needs always come first. The parents think this makes them unselfish and us breeders selfish but they are wrong. All it makes the parents is resentful and jealous and unsettled, unpleasant human beings. Agree?
