Congress needs Senate approval to go to telework. Article 1 Section 5 Clause 4.

Will it be Pakistani IT, Russian IT, Romania IT, or Ukrainian IT folks running the telework center? Will they be selling access to the communications run through the telework center?

Scare event = corona ????

I’m sorry, but there is just no way in all of fuck that they would indict sitting congressmen before the election. Unless you want Biden for President. The media would go ballistic making this look like banana republic shit. That’s fantasy. There is no way they can do that to a politician prior to the 2nd term. Non-politicians are likely fair game.

Congress is widely hated. 6% approval rating. People seeing them get rolled up could cause dancing in the street.

It is very interestimg that POTUS and Q team know what the cabals next step is going to be, 2 years ahead or maybe even more and have designed a plan which has been in place even before POTUS came down the escalator.

I look back now at old posts and I see what is going on today. And no matter what the leftest demons do, they are trapped.

Thus, nothing can stop what is coming. Already determined.

The cabal is so hierarchical and authoritarian that once they set a plan in motion, it's really hard for them to change plans.

A Sheriff can arrest literally anyone in his county. President, congressperson, governor - it doesn’t matter. Sheriffs hold a clear constitutional authority.

If every Sheriff in America did their duty of upholding the constitution with their citizens, we wouldn’t have a mess like this. They would have nowhere to go.

Interesting.

A week or so ago Trump tweeted out "Carona" instead of "Corona". So I did some cursory digging and came across this guy. He's a former Sheriff from Orange County.

So long as they are not on their way to Congress or performing work on behalf of Congress in official capacity.

Use logic. If that’s the case then wouldn’t they know that? And not have the media overhype this virus, so as to avoid that from happening?

They tried that for the first two months it was out. When they realized they couldn't suppress the information anymore, they switched to way over-exaggerated fear porn so the markets would dive and they could say "See! Orange Man Bad!!! Must vote for democrats!! Derfffff!"

it should be in Constitution that CONgress stay in their home districts 3/4 of the year. That'd reduce the BS in DC by a lot. and make lobbyists at least spend money to travel to several states to bribe people. There is NO need for CONgress to be in DC all year. NONE. i hate when they say this is the "Most productive congress". Who wants a "productive" CONgress when they mostly pass terrible bills? I want a slow unproductive congress.

I think it is Section 4 of Article 1 that requires the Senate to approve Congress using telework.

It's probably better to pay them multimillion dollar salaries so you can attract top talent and they don't have to engage in corruption. Singapore does this and has one of the least corrupt governments on earth as measured by Transparency International.

If Government is moving to video video conference, even temporarily, it will become permanent.

Doesn't telecommuting mean they won't be "in session" since they'll be "in their home" (or office/etc)?

And doesn't the protection against lying require them to be "in session"?

This is getting good. I'm making some popcorn tonight!

Simple change of the "law" and this is a moot argument.
