How is baked salmon and grilled vegetables unhealthy?

Why are you counseling a fat (red flag), single mother (red flag), that you're spending money on (red flag)?
You seem like a good person and since I don't understand the total circumstances and you're trying to help (hopefully a White woman, most single moms are black), I'll assume you're not dumb.

There’s really not much fat hate here tbh

i have been trying to slowly convince my obese boss to start eating better in a similar way for a while. only eating healthy leftovers, talking about how inexpensive and easy chicken + roasted veg + rice is for dinner & lunch, driving home how much enjoyment i get from going to the gym for 4 hours a week and just lifting weights. he's got the "yeah but it's always been easy for you and staying healthy takes time" attitude so i try to drop little nuggets about how easy and inexpensive living clean really is into daily conversation. his main problem is borderline alcoholism, though, and until you stop getting shitcanned and ordering papa john's every night, not much is going to help.

That's cool. Maybe he'll come around. Some times people just need a real life example to emulate.

i think it's important for people to see that no, it's not magic, but no, it's not that difficult, either. ignore the blackpills; everywhere i've worked i've more or less tried to subtly change the fatties' habits with about a 40 % success rate. honestly worth it.

That's encouraging, let's hope it rubs off on some of her cohorts. I've always thought that being a heffalump is a non sustaining lifestyle. They're going to implode eventually, without even trying. When you can't even get up to walk to the fridge then you're in trouble.

i know youre excited that a girl talked to you... but this woman is having issues at home and has you first in line to be the beta raising (paying for) her 2 kids
cut this bitch loose
never date a fat, single mother, or drug addict... you're knowingly doing 2 of 3

EXPECT DISAPPOINTMENT. The fat I counselled swung so wildly back to fat logic it is mind boggling. They will eventually develop a contingency plan for "just in case" they get to X weight again. They will inevitably get to that weight again. I'm now convinced these are mentally broken people who, at the core of their existence, do not believe in a positive outcome for themselves in the future. They live for the feelings of consumption.
[–] Rockfish1000 [S] 0 points 1 point 1 point (+1|-0) ago
Yeah. It is almost like they reach their "goal weight" and then don't know what to do with themselves. If she balloons up again, oh well. Her problem not mine. I won't be disappointed. I know the district probability is very real.

Fuck her, she’s a fatty. Don’t engage her until she is human size.
