You could hypothetically eat a trash ass diet but as long you're in a caloric deficit you'd lose weight, but you definitely would have an unbalance in macronutrients

I mean you technically can, just CICO. It won’t be sustainable tho if you only eat shit food.

The Daily Mail is as much a news source as Buzzfeed. Which is to say they're not.

You can eat just crap and still lose weight... you just need to be in a caloric deficit. The no portion control is bullshit.

Why does "Honor your hunger" have to mean scarfing down a giant burger and a package of fries? But they're right. Hamplanets eat pure crap non-stop and DO have the bodies they (claim) to love.

It's as if an excess in kcal is caused by an excess in food!!

You really should have posted what the article is about -- Intuitive Eating, aka the "biggest pile of bullshit ever. :')

Intuitive eating is fine. For normal people. Normal people can tell the difference between actual hunger and munchies. Normal people can eat what they want because even if you sometimes have pizza or French fries, normal people also enjoy grilled chicken and salad.

Fats have broken themselves so badly they don’t know these things.

Dollars to donuts this originated with some fat who read a plausible study that said something to the effect of, “most normal healthy folks don’t count calories and eat what they feel like,” and took that as lisence to stuff itself.

Even dogs stop when they're full.
