To be fair, I have never read about "intuitive eating" giving you the "body you want". It is more about being at peace with your body.

Again with the alliteration, lets call it solid science and if we get called out lets call it settled science

yep you can, if you plan on running a marathon every day of your life (and i said running, not waddling and frequently sitting down)

What 'science'?
[–] GutterTrash 0 points 5 points 5 points (+5|-0) ago
It is an arbitrary word over used by leftists and Marxists designed to shut down naysaying about their latest ploy. "You can't criticize our plan, it is backed by science!"

So what was their secret? Diabetic coma?

I'm sure it's just a lifestyle change reframed again. I have no forbidden foods or need to enforce tight portion control. If you are a normal person with measurable brain function, you can eat whatever you want because normal people don't feel a need to constantly stuff themselves. Fats deeply underestimate the problem they have if they feel compelled to overeat to such a degree so regularly.

Same here. I've always eaten whatever I wanted, never counting calories or controlling portion sizes. There's never been a need because I've always used common sense, moderation and stopped before I was stuffed.

That's just your high metabolism! Us fatties are on a sub 1k calorie diet and cannot lose the weight due to genetics! You need to watch your privileges, you bigot!

To be honest, I'm a little offput by people who maintain their weight with militarist weighing of food and calorie count apps. It sounds like a lot of effort to solve a simple problem. If the line between gaining weight and not was crossed because my food scale broke, I would have a bigger problem.

We had a pizza the other night. A whole large pizza... for 4 people. Not 1 each.
That's the difference,
