I was wondering about this. As a healthcare professional I am bound by HIPAA laws that protect the privacy of patients. Take for instance the patient in WA who died, if he was not tested for COVID-19 how would anyone know? We would be unable to discuss his case so even if someone on the healthcare team noticed a discrepancy how would it be reported? Coronavirus in not something new so testing for the presence of a corona virus could provide positive results and still not be COVID-19. Combine that with the fact that test kits seem limited in supply and the fact that this guy was a high risk patient, which seems to indicate other underlying health issues, how do we know he died from the virus? What reason would they have to test him if he had no contacts with the virus? Unless they knew it was in the community it seems far fetched that they would test some one with something like end stage COPD or some other "high risk" respiratory disorder. He could have had a freaking heart attack or a stroke. Seattle is where some of the federal rulings against Trumps policy implementations have originated and is run by dirty dem politicians, it does not seem far fetched that they could find a MD to write whatever they wanted.

Seems fairly obvious doesn't it?
