It's not surprising to hear an anti-constitutional politician like this governor try to intimidate pro-Constitutional law enforcement officers.

Shame on her. The American people know she is the enemy, the sheriffs work for us and they are true Patriots who comprise the last firewall against tyrants who want to destroy our Second Amendment rights.

Political suicide. Thank you, NM Governor, you're helping making NM a red state.

The sheriffs should tell her to fuck off and pound sand.

All sheriffs are elected and should deputize the county's citizens like the sheriffs did in Virginia.

Sheriffs are elected to office. Wonder what their constituents think about this kind of threat.

Here is where we are today in our nation and its once-united-yet-sovereign states. Instead of local governance -- by the consent of the governed who elect their officials and 'governors' -- some overbearing and oppressive officials are trying to override the will of the people.

UNLESS or UNTIL The People rise up in opposition to this mild tyranny, insane tyranny will ensue.

There are already lawsuits going through the courts regarding red flag laws, but such things take time. Lawsuits were filed the instant Florida passed theirs and that was, I think 2 years ago now? It's been a while. The point is that the courts don't do things overnight.

The longer it takes, the more time Trump has to replace activist hackjobs with real judges who will rule against it.
