If you quit modern foods you don't need to worry about "indulging yourself" because you won't be addicted to sugar. Why do people on this sub normalise modern food addiction and autistic calorie counting?

I eat modern foods all the time with absolutely no problems, and I'm quite thin. It's not the food that's at fault. It's overindulging like a fucking pig.

Who's normalizing food addiction?

This isn’t the time for that argument, it’s a funny comic. But yeah people are not supposed to be eating sugar really at all. Not sure fruit is even a good idea. We’re at the top of the food chain and should be eating mostly animal products.

I tried gaining weight the last year by eating as much as possible. I went from 62 kg (137 lbs) to 71 kg (157 lbs) and i can still see my abs.

Fully agree. The last one is correct by definition, it’s just that it shouldn’t be used as an excuse to do nothing. I have a ton of hours in vr sports games because they’re fun, but I make sure they’re demanding enough by using a chest strap heart rate monitor.

The original is trying to make an argument for moderation, but only makes an argument for the other extreme. Their conclusion is that instead of restricting and denying every time, you should indulge every time. Where is the moderation in that? How is it moderation to say yes to the biscuit or takeaway every time you get a craving? These people have no idea what moderation is.

How is moderation such a hard concept? Get a fucking hobby that doesn't revolve around food, the damn addicts.
