Compared to the engines 13 years ago, the internet no longer has a search engine. They just don't exist anymore. The search is so bad and useless. Yahoo in the 90s was better.

Anyone who creates a search engine that only searches websites banned from Google (there is a recent leaked list) stands to make a small fortune.

There really aren’t any conservative (I assume you mean traditionalist, as in pre-1950s Western world) websites, so you’re probably seeing a pretty decent cross section of the Internet as-is. CuckCuckShlomo is owned by a guy who sold the credit card numbers of the users of his previous website. Not commonly known.
There’s Searx, which has various branches of its code being hosted on different TLDs. There’s also StartPage to try. All algorithms are purposely weighted to show you what their creators want you to see. There’s no law to stop it and no one’s grabbing guns, so it’s not going to be stopped.

StartPage is Google search through a proxy. Your statement is invalid.

Oh, is it? Well, that’s better than being tracked. Google’s algorithm is still the only one that will search strings.
