He is a treasure trove of information on the corruption that is Chicago politics. He knows where the bodies are buried and I’d venture to say he’s gonna give it all up. This is a direct path back to that sand nigger Obama.

Yep. And it's also a wider signal to others that deals are ready to be made. Obama and Co are shitting.

That’s what I was trying to convey in my remarks below. Hope he doesn’t get harmed by them.

Hopefully he already gave it up. Otherwise it's a waste.

Major shot across the bow to Mueller/Corney knukleheadedry. POTUS is letting them know he can and will get involved in their doings. No one in the past would have dared undo their skulduggery and help someone they were punishing. What kind of message is this sending to the DS? What message is being sent to Dems? The message to Obummer, Corney, and Mueller is a finger salute.

He was still a corrupt politician that deserved jail time.

No deals?? Bwahaha I’ve said from day one, I wish you could just ask my wife because I have been screaming from day one they are blackmailing and flipping cabal operatives to take out the bigger fish. That’s how you take out organized crime, trafficking etc. You build a base of informants. You know like a 140,000 sealed indictments to hang over everyone’s head to use them just like the cabal did. You flip the leverage. But I understand that disinformation is necessary because I can already hear the chorus of pissing and moaning coming from the army of incompetent asshats who could never comprehend what is required to pull off an operation of this magnitude. If you only understood what was at stake...Frankly, let the little fish go. Let’s get to the part where life isn’t shit already and I promise you you won’t even give a shit if Blago is your neighbor.

Tellingly, Obama's Lawyer started squawking about this on TV immediately.

So, Blagojevich says in his remarks after his release that he believes in second acts.

Here's a quote from an October 2017 article about him:

When I ask Blagojevich about his future, he gets uneasy. I ask him in different ways. Each time, he answers vaguely and grudgingly or changes the subject. The following is an abridged version of those responses:

“My elder daughter accuses me of being excessively optimistic, but I do believe in second acts. I do believe some of the greatest inspiration stories that help other people are those who have come back from the deepest, darkest valleys and have been able to work their way to a good place on the mountain, not necessarily on top of the mountain, but maybe way up high. I do believe that. I think of the story of David in the Bible. I’m not saying that’s me. This is David. But he had faith. And during those dark periods in the wilderness, he’s preparing, because he senses that there could be something. And he trusts in God. A lot of how I look at my time here is being in the wilderness and having the faith to not ever let them make me give up, but to prepare in my time here for what I believe could be a better day.”

Article is long, but interesting: https://www.chicagomag.com/Chicago-Magazine/October-2017/Blago-His-Life-in-Prison/

I like redemption stories. I hope Rod B finds his by being true to what he says here. And if his redemption involves helping to drain the swamp, well, so much the better.

I can't remember why but my SO and I were talking about just this thing months ago. We live along the border of Illinois and we won't cross over there because of their strict gun laws. We were talking about Rod and whether he was talking to POTUS and others about the corruption during the years he was governor and what evidence he could testify to, to get out of prison early and here it has happened. He especially knows all about Obama I am sure. It will be interesting to see if he testifies in any of the corruption trials coming up.

I think Trump likes justice. He knows more than we do about B, & I presume he feels 8 years was enough. He probably also questions those we know who put Blagojevich in prison.

Okay, @El_Syd, you’re probably right. I didn’t pay much attention 8 years ago to his case. But, I was watching the video of him being interviewed and at about 5:15 minutes he was asked what he was going to do now and he said , “ ...fight corrupt people in government...” (paraphrasing) My immediate thought is this goes much deeper. The house of cards is starting to implode. He didn’t say it in a vindictive way more in an, “I’m going to expose the corruption”, way.

Don't forget that Blagojevich served 8 years. What did he do to deserve such a long sentence? Am looking forward to new info on this. And why did DS Dems imprison "one of their own" (another Dem)?
