What a stupid rule in the first place:
Rule 1.1: "It is not ok to suggest that members of different cultures or races are incapable of cohabiting."
I would add this rule:
Rule 1.2: "It is not ok to suggest that American beer is better than German beer".
But seriously, how can you expect interesting discussions to happen if you enforce some not to be questioned dogmas? (OK that was rethorical. I know the answer).

I remember him from before he was a mod. We even talked several times then.
He was nothing SJW like. A bit excentric, but in a good way.
I'm not even sure, this has to do with other SJW/SRS drama. I think reddit's mods have managed to convince themselves that they are great guardians, way more important than they really are. The way they react shows they are way too emotionally involved in this occupation.
