im not arguing that theres a hidden planet with this comment, im just curious. couldnt the orbit be stable if it were outside l3, yet still obscured by the sun?
Before the Inner Solar system stabilized, there was basically a demolition derby of proto-planets. Its extremely unlikely that a proto-planet could have stabilized in an orbit congruent with our own. As for the technical feasibility, I'm not an astrophysicist so I'm not your guy.
