Can you bounce radio waves off a chem trail? Military practicing long distance radio communication in case satellites get taken out?

Not an accident. They did it on purpose, for profit. I'm just saying I think they are stupid. And in the case of chemtrails at least, doing it for profit motive this way, is more likely simply because of the timing. And if chemtrail are for depop, they aren't working well. Feminism/LGBT does a better job of depop. No shit they want X number of people, and will kill to get it. That is why automation everything, even when it doesn't work. That's why Megafarms. But part of a utopian unified operating system is getting rid of bugs. Weather is a bug to them.

Plus the boardroom pitch sounds good on the face of it. It's harder to sell "use planes to make everyone sick all the time." Than "Let's help farmers and the US economy".

it's called soft kill weapons. The damage builds slowly but this keeps the population unaware that they are under attack. Medical community tells them they have X, we all give money for research of X, the assholes get rich while the population is slowly poisoned.

It's not benign if it keeps the industrial machine turning so they never have to pause the skimming. The turned farms into factories and farmers into mindless zombies.

I don't think they do it to kill us. Something else. You would also have to ask why our governments pays some farmers Not to grow some crops...

Oh the paying to not plant thing is so that they can maintain a fairly stable price per bushel year to year in the market. Just raising or lowering supply. This isn't even a secret. Everyone just agrees to it.
