Hate the guys who think they're Lance Armstrong. I can deal with them if they are in the city or on 35 mph streets. What I cannot wrap my mind around are the guys who get on country roads with blind curves and hills on them and expect people to watch out for them. That is fucking insane to me. They get killed every year and some poor bastard has to live with that trauma because they wanted to indulge in some power fantasy that they have a 'legal' right to be there.

It's the mentality they have which I do not like. Because they are essentially legally considered cars they can legally ride in the middle of the road. The thing is any decent human being should feel bad for inconveniencing everyone else by doing that and not do it.

If it's not kikes its niggers, when its not niggers its spics, if not spics then faggots, and when you get tired of blaming races it is........ah yes people out riding fucking bicycles. HEY FAGOOT OP! EVER THINK YOU ARE THE FUCKING ASSHOLE.

You can tell this forum is full of bitch as motherfuckers stuck in that victim mindset. Bitch ass excuses for men are the only ones that complain and cry about being victims at every fucking turn in life.

I agree with your sentiment to a certain degree but what the problem with bikers is they are willing to inconvenience every car on the road behind them. If they travel at the same speed as the speed limit it wouldn't be as big of a problem, but that is never the case. Even on City roads where you can eventually reach the speed limit it takes you 3x as long as a car and you are holding people up. You guys are always holding people up and we have places we need to be. It's selfish and that's what we don't like. , that along with the bad attitudes.

I don't ride bikes anymore but the problem with this sentiment is that autos don't own the road. In fact many car drivers hold up 18 wheelers in bad weather. So if you want to be consistent then we have to complain about cars here too. People who ride bikes pay taxes and are entitled to safely travel on roads. I have never rode a bike on 2 lane highways but if I did I wouldn't be letting cars buzz me by riding the line.

The inconvenience for someone's safety is never more than a couple minutes. For what is happening, and the amount that people put into it, it's obvious to see the auto drivers feel the world revolves around them. Roads are for everyone. They are not there for YOU to get where you need to go without anyone else being on them.

When I drive my car I get mad the the cyclists too. When I ride my bicycle I get mad at the pedestrians. I guess that's just the way it is.

I'm a cyclist, so I can tell you why cyclists ride in the middle of the lane ... sometimes. It's because the lane is narrow, and there is no shoulder smooth or level enough for them to ride on in an emergency, if they have to dive off the lane because some 14- foot wide truck with mirrors that stick out two feet can't be bothered to swing over the centerline when it passes them.

When you're on a bicycle, getting clipped by a car or truck can be fatal. At the very least you are looking at broken bones and lots of blood.

We "take the lane" ... sometimes ... because we don't want you assholes in your cars and trucks trying to squeeze past us where there's no room for you to do it.

Cyclist here. Can confirm. Every cyclist I know has a "that asshole clipped my elbow, sending me flying to the pavement" story. If drivers all played nice and didn't try to kill us, we wouldn't take the middle of the road. Long, straight country roads, we can ride on the right side. Downtown, nope. I'm going to ride slightly left of center of the lane so if you want to pass me you have to actually get out of my lane first.

If there's a road that requires you to ride in the middle in order to use it Don't you think the right thing to do then would be to take a different Road? You do realize you guys routinely hold up all of the cars behind you don't you? You do realize that comes off as a bit selfish? It's that mentality that everybody has a problem. As long as you get to ride your bicycle that's all that matters. To hell with everyone behind you trying to get somewhere on time.

I bike in to work from time to time because living so close and not doing so is retarded. It's very flat and level here and there are bike lanes nearly everywhere, so works great. But when I'm on the road on my bike I'm not one of those FAGGOTS who has to keep re-passing everyone at every intersection, so all the cars have to work their way around the bike again after the green light. Or one of those goddamn cunts who decides one moment to be part of traffic and deserving of space, and the next moment decides they're going to zip around in the shoulder or be on the sidewalk. Roadkill.

Most bikers around here are niggers who are riding an obviously stolen women's bike, and it's ALWAYS in the wrong gear.

Nobody has a problem with anyone who uses bike Lanes. It's the people that ride in the middle of the road and inconvenience everyone else that we have a problem with.

Bro, this tells me that you've never ridden in a bike lane. Cyclists love bike lanes, and if they're around, we'll ride on them. However, you'd be fucking astonished how many people are just angry at your existence period. Bike lanes are safe-er but plenty of motorists think that all that is paved was made specifically for them.

Here we have different types of bike lanes, some are dedicated and separated from traffic, and some are just normal traffic lanes where bikes have the right of way (and cars travel at like 25). Most people have enough common courtesy to not be a prick when they're sharing the lane, and when a car finally gets a chance to pass that person, that car doesn't get passed again when everyone stops and the bike cruises past everyone again in the shoulder for a moment. Share the lane of course but courtesy goes both ways.

cyclists are almost as bad as ex-smokers in their zealotry. they want to be treated like cars only when it’s convenient to them, all other times they want to ride where ever the fuck they want to.

a couple of years ago i was driving down a single lane road by some old school shops that have parking in front and also a small parking lot behind. as i drive by this dude on a 10 speed comes flying into traffic- not from the parking lot exit like cars would, but off the side walk and through the parking spaces. nearly hits me.

i’m turning at the next corner an put on my blinker so anyone normally driving would see, but unbeknownst to me super cyclist is raging and rides hard to catch up to me to lecture me or something, but he rides up on the right side of lane so he doesn’t see my blinker because he’s next to me, and nearly gets hit again as i turn.

dude has to lock brakes and bites it right i to the intersection. justice served loser.

If you want to ride on the roads, you should carry liability insurance, and follow all traffic rules, including those related to obstructing the flow of traffic.
