There is no need for either party.

The only criteria for every candidate should be how well they articulate defending the Constitution, and its principles.

I have begun to believe this was not a whoopsie. The chaos created is intentional, never letting a good crisis go to waste and all. They're a mess, the dems, and ya know what they need now? A saviour. Someone to come galloping in and save the day. What a coinkidink! We've got Hellary waiting in the wings for just such a thing.

America in and of itself is a Corporation ruled by the offspring of the Fallen. As a matter in fact the whole world is run by the offspring of the Fallen. Most everything is a LIE.

Hillary Clinton bought control of most of the DNC in 2015

Hillary's completely controls "communications, data, analytics and research at the DNC. They would have joint authority with DNC over strategic decisions over the staffing, budget, and expenditures.".

Private corporation just means not run by the government. Which makes sense, if you spend a few minutes thinking about it. Do you really want the government deciding who gets elected? Both committees pretty much have to be incorporated due to the amount of money that flows through them. They can't exactly register are charities, now can they?

Or to put it another way, if they shouldn't be private corporations, what should they be registered as?

Can’t they register as a non profit organization? Any community, fraternal etc organization can be a 501c3. A foundation for instance. I know many folks who have died too early from say, drugs and a family member started a foundation in their name in order to raise money for drug awareness etc. couldn’t the same be done with political parties?

Nope. There are specific limits on what a "nonprofit" can do. Especially a 501c3. Political campaigning is expressly forbidden. As is lobbying.

Corporation is an umbrella term that covers a LOT of types of organizations. A 501c3 falls under the legal definition of corporation. As do most tax exempt churches. Any time there is a sizeable group of people doing something with money involved, they are probably incorporated in some manor. The title corporation doesn't mean "money making business". Although most corporations do turn a profit.

Iowa: This is a backdoor attempt to eliminate the Electoral College. One of dozens they will try, in hopes one will break through and force down the EC.

Simple solution: the Democrats have failed to qualify to have a slate of electors in Iowa.
