As of 2018 the CDC estimates that 1.1 million people are living with HIV in the United States. Among those, more than 470,000 are African Americans. This includes 74,100 who are unaware of their infection and, thus, are at higher risk of illness and transmitting the virus. African Americans are 43% of all people living with HIV in the United States, though African Americans comprise 12% of the nation’s total population. Have you ever hear of the Tuskegee experiment? It was a 40 year experiment conducted by the US Government (1932-1972) When I was in Boot camp (US Navy) we were shown films for educational awareness of the untreated affects of STD's. Depicting niggers with noses that fell off, dicks had fallen off, it was pretty graphic. Turns out those films were made in Clinics set up in Tuskegee county Alabama. Tuskegee was 99% black. The government purposely infected the population with Syphilis and set up "free" medical clinics to track the disease. A letter was delivered to Nixon in the early 70's stating that the program did not meet it's requirements and the Tuskegee experiment ended. HIV drugs do not cure aids. It prevents the virus from killing the host but allows transmission to others. What do you think would happen if some disruption in the supply of HIV drugs triggered the government to step in under the auspice of insuring the supply by taking over production and issued a placebo instead? Simultaneously a virulent virus with an HIV DNA trigger was released that targeted weakened immune systems. Forcing people into Quarantine at the same time so that they would self isolate and within a 1 month window these people would be dead without causing much civil unrest. The biggest burden on society would be on how to bury them without creating secondary diseases and making up for the staff losses at McDonald's and it's ilk.
