Motive and intent are very closely related to each other.
Motive precedes intent in terms of action.
Motive is the reason behind the intent, while intent is the background of the committed crime.
Both motive and intent should be proven beyond a reasonable doubt, but intent has a weightier standing and bearing in a court of law compared to motive.
I haven't seen any proof of President Trump's motive or intent from the House.

The difference is that the Counsel for the President actually answer the question, cite the correct legal basis, the facts in question, any constitutional basis and then point out the unsupported variance of the house managers answers. Currently the house managers are using the questions to re plead their case, irrespective of the question. The two ladies representing the House are dreadful , l have met dinner ladies who are way, way sharper than both of them ! Oh God, the third lady from the House lot is on now, she must have a crystal ball to know what she says every knew - utter drivel !!

Must comment on Schiff response to letting people vote for themselves.
He thinks voters who vote for President Trump are corrupted brainwashed voters. Argh.
We get to vote for whomever we want for whatever reason we want!
Even if we're dumb, y'all!

As Q has said the most corrupt get promoted fastest by the DS - intelligence and honesty are not caracistics the DS wants in their stable of useful idiots.

Sylvia Garcia, one of the diversity managers, can't even properly pronounce the word "offenses". She did it twice, so it wasn't a mistake.

Yep, and her time management was a bit off, too. A little too windy.
