The embassy said the cartoon crossed the “ethical boundary of free speech” and demanded that the paper and cartoonist Niels Bo Bojesen “reproach themselves for their mistake and publicly apologise to the Chinese people”.

Pretty funny that a communist country renown for ignoring human rights would be lecturing someone about the boundaries of free speech.

If anyone has real skills, here's the flag from the article sort of fixed up. Hopefully more harm wasn't done than good:

Good for Denmark!!! Fuck china. They think too highly of themselves. They steal Tech. Their products are pieces of shit and nothing but disease comes out of their country (remember Red dye)

Actually I don't see the big fuss. There is no agenda here, it is just on of the daily editorial cartoons pointing out that the big talk of the day is the Coronavirus and China.

However, in a tabloid debate section, many Danes are "outraged" and say it was not necessary for Jyllands-Posten to print that cartoon. Many people unfortunately do not understand that keeping free expression free, sometimes comes at a cost. It must be used, otherwise we don't have free expression rights.

Here is a direct link to the cartoon.

China should apologize for allowing a deadly weaponize virus into the population.
