As another viral defense (against those infected), do you think Winchester, Federal, or Hornady would work best? And should we be using pump, semi, or break-action? They always say the best defense is a good offense.

that's Bernie's commie staffers you're thinking about. don't worry, not a big threat, they will all huddle up in a drum circle singing kumbaya and protest the virus racistness.

Alright all you primitive screwheads, listen up: Coronavirus is a lipid coated virus. That means you can help the immune system find and fight it by taking BHT.

BHT is an old obscure trick people have been using to fight herpes, which is also lipid coated, for more than 40 years. BHT lives in the doghouse of cheap, out of patent synthetic chemicals that have shown a long history of safe use. It's also used as a food preservative, so it's easy to get. You can buy it from a fairly large number of places. There are a number of articles online for using it for Herpes treatment. I would use a similar protocol.

Okay, so monolaurin should also be good against this virus.

I personally think ginko, ginseng and echinacea are bullshit, and as far as evidence goes, that's true.

You're wrong about that and it calls everything else you said into question.

If you have type B blood, Ginko Biloba is a very important supplement. Helps with brain fog and function. Absolutely no question about that. So maybe the author has different blood type.

He mentioned "evidence," which implies scientific studies. And indeed scientific studies have been done, and they show the value of the herb.

I personally think...

You're wrong about that

Curious to know why you're so convinced that: "he only thinks he believes that, but is wrong."

and as far as evidence goes, that's true.

You ignored that part where he claims evidence. He's wrong. There is documented scientific evidence of the medicinal value of those three substances.

An intelligent person would show us all some information that refutes his point so we can all learn. He isnt trying to be mean to you. He just hasn't seen the information that shows its efficacy. He does seem like he is willing to learn so why not try and educate instead of taking it personally.

Another good one is Allimed. It's stabilized allicin from garlic, and it kicks ass.

GO BUY A PLANT TINCTURE CALLED LOMATIUM!!!! It will work against most, if not all viruses.

This is true, but be sure to buy a tincture made from the dried plant as tinctures made from the fresh plant can cause a nasty rash in some people.

I mix Chaga with Nettle tea every day. I use a dual extract as it dissolves better than regular powders. You should read this subreddit if you haven't as there's a lot of outright crap being sold as "mushrooms" on Amazon and elsewhere.

I can add a bunch of stuff I know of that has helped:

I've been taking these (Iodine + Boron + Silica) for heavy metal detox & pineal gland decalcification. I chose the iodine for potency, boron for price / lack of fillers, and silica for superior source (red algae > horsetail). I also use NOW Ultra B-12 (the fillers are a bit of a trade-off) and Magnesium Threonate (best form for crossing blood-brain barrier).

And something I came across that works as a very effective antioxidant: Citrulline Malate. It's typically sold as a workout supplement and works by boosting Nitric Oxide levels. It was probably the only other workout supplement I've used aside from Creatine that actually provided any noticeable benefit. It was strong enough to give me detox headaches at times too.

I'm also looking into Lion's Mane mushroom currently for it's NGF promotion and as far as I know RealMushrooms (single extract, but the company is legit, I'll be trying this one shortly) and Oriveda (pricey but third-party tested alcohol extract) are the only two that aren't scams selling rice with barely any mushroom content.
