Don't think Voat has a policy as such.
I strongly encourage racism myself. Somewhat less strongly discourage anti-Semitism.

Officially? Not to my knowledge.
Culturally? We seek the truth, and truth is antisemitic.

No, it's the downside of relative anonymity and a free speech news aggregator platform. About 30% of voat are that way. Is that representative of the population? No, it is magnified because people with views that are suppressed will typically be bigger supporters of the 1st because unless your views are suppressed or you're very educated then the 1st doesn't seem like such an important right.

Racism might be racism, but the truth is colourblind.
Which pisses off niggers and kikes and useful idiot whites.
No one else seems to really give a fuck.

Racism and anti-semitism like all -isms are belief based dogmas handed down by a criminal ruling class to control and enslave their subjects. Semitic refers to the Arabic language tree, and the so called jews (a fabricated identity) used historical revisionism (lies and deceptions) to write themselves into other cultures, religions and languages as to hide their never-ending crimes against mankind. Anti-semitism and racism among many more are rhetorical weapons to control others by exploiting false beliefs.
Instead of constantly reacting to all these nonsense terms they throw at you and desperately trying to defend yourself from them, try to imagine being a criminal who wants to suppress everyone else from blaming you for your criminal behavior. Then look at these terms from that perspective.

No just shows you the truth and you take it from there.
