You can read the Microsoft Windows Insider Forum to get the view from people who are actively testing the current version.

I like most things about it however there are some issues which I would hope to get fixed(which have been reported by others as well.

Pros:

UI is decently looking.

Decently customization from what I have seen.

Start menu is back

A tablet mode which brings back the theme and tiles from Windows 8 however it is separate from the actual default and a toggle.

Cons:

So many things in the settings you have to turn off just to have a somewhat peace of mind.

Tons of stupid crap you don't need or probably don't want in the start menu.

There are some other issues I can't really remember and will update this when I do but other than these few issues I like it.

From an end-user standpoint, it's nice, zippy, stable, and you can't use Cortana without giving Microsoft all of the information they can possibly farm from you. I like it, although I am leaving Cortana off. Very quick, nice interface with flat visual elements, and Microsoft Edge is actually kind of nice.

I haven't had the chance to play with Enterprise yet, although I am thankful that M$ didn't shove the forced automatic updates onto Enterprise. If they had forced updates on Enterprise I'd flip.

So far I like, just finished installing. Its nice to have a start menu back, its old and new at the same time. I hated 8.1 since my gaming desktop doesnt have a touch screen (and why the hell would it). Runs smooth and haven't had any issues yet but its still very fresh on my computer.
