Correct. The Frankfurt School, in particular, revised Classical Marxism because they saw from the two world wars that people were never going to give up nationalism for class solidarity. They figured race solidarity might do the trick.

As that Broc_Lia fellow said, it's Cultural Marxism. Check out the "Frankfurt School," that's where it started. It was a place founded in Germany during the Weimar era where jews gathered to plot the best ways to destroy Western societies.
Later on after Hitler was elected, jews moved it to Geneva, and then the kikes moved it to the United States. After the war, I believe those yids moved it back to Germany.
