Yes because upper management is white. I worked for asian management in Silicon Valley and learned that you need to be the same race as your management. My current white management company is all about diversity. I have about 10 direct reports and only 1 of them is white but if you look at our management team they're almost all white. We've got trannies and the rest of the circus. Things are pretty good though.

I've noticed that as well. The diversity stuff seems to affect white middle class men. The elites are still rich whites and jews mostly (and the jews are counted as white when talking about whtie privilege)

I’m a diversity janitor. The diversity has the job title and the paycheck, but not the knowledge or skill. They are also too busy being paraded around as the company’s “commitment to diversity” to do any real work.

I make 1/3 of what they do and do their job for them. Because it’s that or nothing. I’m too old and vested to get another job, so here I is until retirement.

The last diversity I have to prop is is going to fail in the most spectacular fashion I can get away with.

The great majority of pilots are white males.

Not sure if it's an advantage, per se, but that's how it is.

I think women and colored people should just get good.

Pilots are an extremely select few. Like 0.0002% of the population, if I recall correctly.
