I'm the cheapest kind of gamer. I almost only get games I want, if they are in a bundle (humble, and sometimes bundlestars) or really cheap on one of the main steam sales. Then I play those games for a bit and go back to playing Dota 2. If there is a game I really want, I will put it on a list on isthereanydeal.com and buy it, once it's at least 50% off.

I get most of my console games from GAME and a local game seller at my market. They have pretty good deals, especially the "Two for three" deals. Actually the guy at the market has a lot of old PS2 and Xbox games for 3 for £5. I've gotten so many games through him. When it comes to digital games they come exclusively from Steam and GoG.

Steam and only Steam.
That's why the thought of Steam ever getting shut down gives me nightmares.

PC games: Mostly Steam, but if IsThereAnyDeal shows a better price somewhere else than I'll buy it there.
Console games: My local Gamestop, unless the game's sold out in which case I buy it from said console's online store. This actually happened to me with Pikmin 3.
Steam. If its not there I pirate it it. It's been a minute since I have pirated anything. DeathTrack ][ Resuraction might have been the last thing... Then it hit steam and I bough it. Once in a while if I see a stray retroware disk in the wild I will buy it. Not very often tho... Hmm... Also bought Bad Day In LA and Evil Dead Regeneration from Amazon...
