That reminds me of a Whitest Kids you Know skit. Fat guy goes into the doctor, who asks him how many hot dogs he's eating every day. The guy starts out by saying he may or may not eat one single hot dog per day. And the doctor just keeps going over the average day and forcing him to admit just how many times he stops to eat a hot dog.
Best bit really was the
“On those days it could be a salad..”
“Could it?”
“Yeaahhh, but it’s usually...”
“It’s usually hot dogs.”
“Yeah, it’s usually hot dogs.”

Maybe she said 6 crepes and you misheard because the fat accent makes them so hard to understand. She could almost be telling the truth, though. If she ate half of what she normally does, she would still be eating way more than she needs and her blood sugar would probably still be insanely high. But 500? ... Wow.

Fatties think if they lie about how much they eat we won’t notice their fat gut and rolls

Imagine if hospitals were only required to admit people with a maximum bmi of 25. That would be wonderful and they would actually be able to look for genetic illnesses instead of telling hogs they need to lose weight. That is how it should be. If your BMI is over 25 get under 25, then we will look at your ailments.

If only...I dream of that every single day. I am so tired of people who caused their own diseases (smokers too, and heavy drinkers), I so wish I could tell them to just fuck off and die. I know I have burn out, but I blame the fatties. And PC society. There is NOT a kind way to tell to some(body)thing that it is going to die because of its own very bad choices and stupidity. And yet, living in a country with huge emphasis on public health care, we are forced to treat these people, again and again and again, because they never listen, they never learn, they never change. Until they die, after draining an impossible amount of money, time, and resources out of the NHS.

I almost hope you said that to its face.
