Exactly Brother, and while they face contempt charges, hit them with charges of election fraud. watch how fast this crap stops. just like those who harbor Illegals. charge them at the Federal level. Job title does not protect their violation of Federal law. nob0ody is above the law, time the message gets out,.

Exactly Patriot, that is what bond is normally set at, and they must be permanently removed from the election commissions and hit them with fines, and then come and hit them with election fraud charges, and place them in general population.

They will just laugh at this. Let them rot in jail until their employees remove the "voters" from the rolls.

Exactly Patriot, let them rot in jail till those names come off. this shows you they feel they are above the law.

Easy solution, arrest their butts ,and they only make bond when those names are removed.

I like simple and effective solutions. That's a good one brother.

Thank you Brother, I was just applying to cases I had in the past when we arrested for contempt of Court, and part of the solution forces that person to have the problem fixed before being able to make any bond. while the broke the law by being in contempt, they broke another with election fraud. so those are two separate charges and crimes and can be applied.

$50 a day? Should fine the state $50 per person per day they fail to remove otherwise rich donors will cover the fine while they all laugh.
[–] LakotaPride [S] 0 points 1 point 1 point (+1|-0) ago
Patriot I agree 50 a day per person, hope that happens. and if the next crew fails to clean it up, charge them with contempt of court also.

Can't do that. Why the hell would the employees give a fuck about a fine against the state!? That'd only be hurting the people, as always.
In this case, the fine should go directly against the EMPLOYEES that are refusing to do their duty by doing as instructed by the judge. Even $50 a day (for each employee) adds up quick ... though doubling it to $100/day might not be a bad idea...

There's a reason I didn't say anything about fining the people. Read the following from the article:
Judge Paul Malloy fined the commission $50 a day until it begins removing people from the rolls and is fining the three Democratic members who fought his previous order — Ann Jacobs, Julie Glancey and Mark Thomsen — $250 a day
