Go to your Start menu -> Type 'dxdiag' in the search box and hit enter -> Click "no" when prompted to check for signed drivers
This will open the DirectX Diagnostics tool (looks something like this ), which will give you important details like CPU and RAM. Click on the "Display" tab to see info about your graphics card. Write these three things down and then post them here so we actually know what sort of hardware you have.

The specs in the link you posted shows you have intel graphics 4400. This means it probably shares memory from your ram. This could probably play more games then you would think on low settings. I bet you could play any of blizzards games. It will play minecraft and League of legends and lots of indy games. It won't be able to handle anything new that has a lot going on like skyrim. What games are you interested in playing?

I don't find that tool very accurate for laptops. I have a "eh" laptop that runs tf2 at 80fps on high(not highest), and that site claims I shouldn't be able to run tf2 period.
