even Alex Jones tried to cover for it
According to Alex Jones himself, in his InfoWars show he is playing a character. In other words, he is an ACTOR.
"He's playing a character," said Wilhite the Alex Jones lawyer
"He's not a stable person," said Kelly Jones, Alex Jones ex-wife

Is Alex Jones using fear and fearfully hiding behind "playing a character" to monetize?
Did Alex Jones let large amount of fear into him? Will he try to put fear into you? Will you let fear into you?
I work in internet marketing and have used some of this predictive modeling behavior targeting. It's called "AI" often, but it's not really true AI. The most google knows is what you're interested in or what you may want to buy. They can piece together things and know what your political affiliations are, etc.
But they aren't "reading minds."

I had been staying with a friend who has Alexa so I've been bitching (to it) about Gayle King constantly spouting racism stories on CBS in the morning and how she creates worse racism and how much we hate her, and now, is it just on his tv or has she been off the air for a few weeks now?
I figure if "they"'re listening, tell'em what you really think.

Life long IT anon. Have worked inside the big cloud companies and have been at this since 9-11 woke me up nearly 20 years ago. In my humble opinion around the time of occupy was the time to switch from hiding from the machine to standing up and being counted. I was trying to hide my personal self while trying to spread the word on social media at the time.
As I am sure you all know, when you start waking up, the first challenge that you need to successfully overcome is the temptation to continue blindly following and repeating an authoritative source of information, essentially doing what you were doing before, but instead of parroting the official line for 9/11, now you start parroting that it was done by hyper dimensional nuclear alien lasers. Each position equally ignorant. I could pontificate about this crucial stage of awakening for very long, but ultimately you have to find and walk that path for yourself.
Back to the point, around that time it was a pretty common strategy to switch from hiding to being open, not just me. Years later now the reasons we had back then have been pretty much confirmed. This was before I worked in cloud BTW, but the thinking back then was that we have started to make enough ground in the war for the truth that some of the people that went to occupy events were surprisingly awake, informed and prepared to take back their world. There was however a larger group, antifa. Yes their current form existed back then. Yes they wanted to cover their faces back then for reasons that they could not articulate. Yes they knew as much about the world as they do now, they were just shy instead of violent because it was not the time yet. Essentially dumb woke was starting to look like it was going to challenge the numbers of independent researchers. Also the insane lefties took over the whole show in no time and productive actions disappeared. Funny that. I personally interviewed these people myself, I was there most nights, due to global events and a track record for research, I knew the night they were going to be evicted, I slept all day that day, got there in the evening and filmed the whole thing start to finish all night. Did not get arrested, got good footage for the shitty SD camera I had back in the day. These videos are still on YT, ask for them in the comments if you want and I will think about volunteering more personal information, BTW ppl cannot be charged for doxxing in most legal systems if for example you rl name is john smith and your profile name is john smith.
That's what we are BTW, researchers, if you are in this for entertainment then fine, but don't post or repeat nonsense that you have not verified. We have an echo chamber on our side too, we have intellectually lazy zealots that blindly repeat sensational bits of headlines that other zealots blindly repeat as facts. The bushfires are a great recent example of this, I live in a very affected area near Sydney so have first hand knowledge as well as sourced research. Headline mentions 200 or 87% figure = all fires started by arsons. Forget the time period of the report, the convictions, charges, severity, state. Some dude in western syd gets caught with illegal fireworks = now all the arsonists are muzzies. We got a replacement migration problem? Now they are all teen african muzzie arsons. But I digress.
The AI issue is a multifaceted one. Most people have some form of an accurate statement in their views towards it, but this is outweighed by a major misunderstanding of what it is and what it isn't. Wow this is hella long already and I have not even begun to get to my point, I should go back to lurking, have to much to say to say it all in one comment.
TLDR; Yes AI can be dangerous, but it can be dangerous because it is using social media as a training dataset. That is why voices of reason are being purged, that is why sarcasm is a bad idea, that is why rational logic itself is the biggest enemy. The system is essentially traumatizing the child, just like they do using other systems, for similar reasons. Any time you translate an image into information, aka captchas, identifying your friends pictures to unlock your account, etc, etc, all you are doing is teaching the AI how to interpret images to better detect and interpret memes, fuck a square here and there, most of the time it will still accept it if you are mostly right. Also all your devices are using their sensors most of the time, devices that you have accounts on that are linked to other accounts. That is how they are "reading your mind" it is also why you should always audibly articulate your beefs with whatever is on your mind at the time.
I am sure that most of you would accept that there are people like us in places that you could not imagine. We are not all Q, however we are willing and able to nudge the machine in the correct direction, but we need data to justify it, the time to hide is LONG gone.

It seems much more likely to me, based on publicly available research, that it's influencing our minds (much easier to do) rather than reading our minds.
That being said, AI is definitely an area of concern. Even crude unsophisticated AI is being weaponized politically by Google, etc.
