Maybe, but I'm not going to be the one who googles "The Joy of Gimping."

Fourth result: "Bob Ross - Joy of Painting - in GIMP 2.6 - YouTube"

The other ones are video game stuff, some weird Christian site and a blog by a guy in a wheelchair.

You Suck at Photoshop comes to mind, although it's a bit more humerous than serene.

Although it doesn't really fit what OP is requesting (Seriously, the guy goes through a breakdown in most videos). I strongly recommend it. It's hilarious and you do learn some stuff in the process! When I discovered it, I watched all of them back-to-back.

Searching ASMR-Photoshop will get a bunch of stuff like this if that's close to what you are looking for.

So you're looking for someone really baked that tells you how to use Photoshop. I think that's what art school is now days.

I found FZDSchool's Youtube videos to be very informative, especially if you are into concept art of any kind. The topics are pretty varied so there's definitely something of value to anyone into concept art.
