Politicians swear an oath to uphold the Constitution. When they trample our rights (99% of them do), they should be locked up for perjury at a minimum. In Northam's case, I'd say treason is in order. He clearly has ill intentions towards 2nd amendment protectors.

And ALL legislators that vote for the REPUGNANT law knowing that it is.

I believe if he tries to get the NG to gun grab then they have the right to arrest him for going against the people and the constitution.

If he does he will seal his fate. He has no other choice though..overseas interests have him between a rock and a hard place. He will go forward with it, he will be stopped at every turn. Every single Officer that orders National Guard Enlisted to confiscate legally owned firearms will be guilty of issuing unlawful orders. Every single Enlisted that knowingly obeys will be guilty also. I do not believe any Officer or Enlisted will follow the unlawful order of the Governor however.

He will first impose outlandish taxes. He'll confiscate if outlandish taxes aren't paid. He will punish through taxation. However this is illegal too.

Virginians already have an opportunity to sign the petition - during their daily local militia drills - for the recall of Governor Blackface.

Can't you gather signatures for a recall citing "no confidence" in his leadership? Your legislators too. We keep trying in Oregon against Gov Kate Brown - the have rejected 2 petitions on administrative errors or some shit. We all need to drain our state swamps of these slimy crooks.
