Don't get me wrong, this article and this news is very interesting...
first off the title is very misleading.
from the article:
The piece of debris could be from a Boeing 777
and
Boeing 777 wing that could match missing plane
First, it's saying that it could belong to a 777 and -- then say it could be from that exact plane.
furthermore:
'there is a small possibility that the wreckage found could be the remnants of MH370'
the article is all over the shop.

If it's a 777, it's MH370. Only three other 777s have crashed, all on land.
I'd say it's pretty likely. It's definitely from a large modern plane and there's not too many large modern planes missing.

Err yes, despite the fact and verification, the news is all over the place already and said the same. I just pick one and generate the title with voat's feature. At least this discovery is a improvement over the search of MH370.
The following one has worse clickbait title though: There’s No Doubt: This Debris Is MH370.
I'm not sure you're agreeing with me on this, but I'm going to assume you're ok with what I said about this specific article. Not attacking you or anything. Just trying to point out contradictions in the article.
wow, that's just terrible. what the hell news teams? this is just ridiculous.

A piece of Boeing 777 discovered on an Indian Ocean beach can only be the missing flight, but it’s 4,500 miles from where it was predicted to wash up.

It's at Diego Garcia. Certain little piece of software and the whole engineering team on that flight.
/Who thinks nato and warsaw pact don't monitor that space 24/7? Wonder why both sides are so quiet about those radar tracks?
Whats with the intentional jamming during the flight loss?
Yeah.. It crashed.. And nobody could find a transponder.. Weather was fine.. Stated deviation was well noted then JAMMED.
Oh, its a fly by wire equipped plane? ...
