The first blast is a small pot to her right (your left) - and a line of explosion behind her to create a grand effect.
The second blast (which she probably was close to) was a simple firework - and smoke charge. They don't knock you off of your feet.
The third blast is too zoomed-in to tell - but seems like a pyro-blast for fire effect.
Nothing much to see here other than Hollywood.
Perhaps it's a new racing suit for car drivers - fire proof. It certainly isn't armor.
She's kind of dumb because I don't think she knew at all where the explosives were planted in the ground. She could have easily had a foot injury if she was standing on one of those charges when they were set off.
These are not rounds coming in from the sky.

This is what I thought. Not a real explosions and definitely not TNT rounds... say like a land mine or bomb.
I've been 50 to 75 or so feet from a 120mm tank cannon going off and the air pressure displacement alone
requires you to brace for it... you feel it that's for sure, and that's not even the blast part but the propel part.

Fake. Probably two shots, one with the woman walking, the other with the explosions. Then add artificial shake and zoom to the camera. If there is enough force to shake the camera at that distance, no way a skinny woman won't move an inch when right next to it.
Could even just be cg explosions. They just look, off.
