She should not have entered the house without either a warrant or exigent circumstances, neither of which were apparent in this video. Easy enough to get a warrant for his arrest, but she stupidly let him enter his house and his home is his castle. Once he's in there she needs a warrant. I wouldn't call him taking several steps to be "hot pursuit" after all, and she appeared to be arresting him without warrant based merely on a verbal complaint. It's pretty clear that at that point the best thing to do is regroup, get a warrant, and come back when you're actually ready.

That deputy shouldn't even be allowed to answer phones at the call center.
She had absolutely no control of the situation from the time she started talking.
Should have never let him back into the house. The entire reason he acts like this is because his mother coddles and protects him.
Wonder how long dad has been out of the picture.

Dad is probably the one who diddled him.
She couldn't prevent him from entering the house. She tried. He was twice her strength, even drugged as he was.
