I disagree with the author's final paragraph. Stephan Halper does not need to be in prison or hang at this point. He needs to be offered immunity from prosecution for his public testimony about the seditious scheme and once he fully testifies to all that he knows, to include any documentation to substantiate his narrative, released and allowed to return to Italy.
Once he's in Italy, have the mafia snuff him, Espstein-style.
