I'm all for this, but is this another case of the government creating a crime so that they can solve it?

Right, entrapment. If a car is placed on the street to be stolen intentionally, would a crime be committed if there was no car?

This is just the tip of the iceberg. Former coworker of mine on a student visa from India told me specifically:

1 - They specifically go to these fake colleges to secure a student visa

2 - Said 'College' provides a fake transcript for the 'students' for which they never attend classes because there are none

3 - When interviewing for the job, the candidate will only know the key points of the job. Basically they are coached into knowing the specific answers the interviewer is bound to ask

If the interview is more technical, the recruiter will have someone interview for them. If its just a phone interview they put a whole different person on the phone who knows the material.

For videoconferencing interview they have the actual person applying just move their lips without speaking and have special software to graft the actual speaking person looks like they are talking. (Think like a crude version of deepfakes)

4 - When the candidate gets the job, thats where they actually do their learning. If they are in over their heads, the same recruiter can pull in resources to have another pajeet code for them as if it was their own work while the actual employee trys to learn that aspect of the job.

This is why when you outsource or use work visas you get shit output. You are sold a bill of goods that is nothing more than a facade
