Indian Country Juveniles in Foster Care

As a result, thousands of Native children are swept into state custody every year,

where they are over-represented in foster care at nearly three times the rate of the general population,

according to the National Council of Juvenile and Family Court Judges (NCJFCJ) in Reno, Nevada.

CPS traffics thousands of children every year to sex predators. They target families with little resources to fight.

All the judges that see these cases are Administrative judges paid by CPS. Parents have no chance to fight.

It's a closed system. That is exactly the people who won't be able to walk down the street.

Anytime you have a "fiery" culture and then fairly suddenly, the men have nothing to do, it turns bad. Just finished reading Hillbilly Elegy and that was one of my takeaways from that book. Some cultures just do better with more adventure and work to do, and don't do well being "civilized", especially the men. They don't have anything to do to prove their worth and earn respect. I grew up that way too, so I understand somewhat.

My point was that not everything has to do with human trafficking. Lots of domestic violence in the Native culture and lots of remote areas to hide the bodies. I believe this is more of an adult woman problem, although the children are affected too and I am not a fan of CPS. Maybe human trafficking as a secondary effect.
