They are being shipped to CA from other cities.

(...and housing is expensive as fuck.)

To keep track of the number of homeless, all San Francisco needs to do is count the piles of human shit on the sidewalks and streets.

Okay, but how would counting politicians help with this?

2019-10-06 | Homeless Numbers in San Francisco Much Worse, According to City Data

'Yet data from San Francisco suggest the real picture might be a lot worse. '

'The 30% jump was by far the largest increase of the past eight years, according to the city’s data. '

'By this method San Francisco this year reported 8,011 homeless people, a 17% increase over 2017, the last time a count was conducted. '

'But San Francisco has another, arguably more comprehensive, way of measuring homelessness, and the results are even more alarming. '

'The data, which are rarely cited in debates on homelessness, come from a city database of homeless people who receive health care and other services from the city. '

It is difficult to feel sorry for California residents. Just looking at San Francisco, they just elected Boudin as their local attorney. Google his background and what his plans are as far as prosecutions. California residence keep doing the same thing and expect different results. I just don’t understand them.

I agree. I don't feel bad for people who make shitty decisions and move out of the areas that they made unlivable for most. I feel bad for the people who have to deal with these assholes, however.
